Customer Success Manager

Build and maintain relationships with our business clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our banking services and addressing their needs proactively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and ensure they are maximizing product value
  • Identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Monitor client health and proactively address potential concerns
  • Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of banking products and services
