Customer Success Manager

Build and maintain relationships with our business clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our banking services and addressing their needs proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and ensure they are maximizing product value
- Identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Monitor client health and proactively address potential concerns
- Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of banking products and services
