Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues with digital banking platforms
- Guide customers through digital banking features and functionalities
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Stay updated on digital banking products and features
- Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer support
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and patience
