Digital Banking Support Specialist

Provide technical support to customers using our digital banking platforms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth banking experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with digital banking platforms
  • Guide customers through digital banking features and functionalities
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated on digital banking products and features
  • Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and patience
